What I’ve Been Up Too
Hey guys. Well, it’s been a while since my last post, and have I been busy. I’ve been to Disneyland, seen Cat Cora, reformated my hard drive(s), filmed 2 shorts (maybe 3), and started a new job.
Yeah, I’ve been a little busy. I know work at The Home Depot as a lot attendant. Which means that I pick up trash, grab carts, and help customers load/unload their cars. It’s not glamorius, but I am getting a steady paycheck and have gotten some quality tanning done, not to mention the muscles I’ve been making hand loading 94 pount bags of concrete. All in all it’s an experience and a paycheck.
I’ve been to Disneyland a few times, had some really fun times with some friends and their family. Got my picture taken with Cat Cora of Iron Chef America. That was awesome, didn’t get a book signed, but I got my picture taken and that is something I will enjoy looking at from time to time.
Also finishing up my second semester as a film student at Saddleback College. Got one last project to edit. So it is still a work in progress. But we shall see what the future holds.
The final big change is my computer, I’ve done a lot of work on it. Installed a new hard drive, reinstalled the operating system and done some much needed maintenance. Needless to say It’s been an adventure that I would not like to repeat in the near future, lol.
All in all it’s going to be an interesting summer. Here’s to hoping for the best.
When Things Just Seem to Work
As some of you know I work as a Front of House audio engineer at a church in southern orange county.
Tonight’s service just seemed to click with the worship. It was loud, yet clear. It was quality. I love it when things just seem to work… the board worked, the mics worked, and the musicians worked.
It’s Been Awhile
It’s been a while since I posted, so while I wait for class to start, I figured I would take advantage of the the free wifi at my school.
That sweet interview I had, you know the one that went really awesome… well I am still waiting, I should heaer back today, if not then I will call tomorrow. I am basically hired, but she needs to confirm my rehireablity and get my partner number. Since this last week was a holiday, the HR department is being extremly slow to respond. Which is annoying, but at the same time I really want/need this job. As such I am willing to wait and hope/pray for a response. If I don’t hear back today I am planning on calling tomorrow.
Here’s to a new job… the current one is getting long in the tooth.

It’s a small world… after all
I just had a job interview at starbucks… nothing out of the ordinary there, but what was strange was the store manager was someone that I went to high school with… we hung out with the same people!!!! We even lived in Kalispell, MT for a year, but at seperate times!!!
This is truly a strange time, lol. I hope I get the job! She is going to call me Tomorrow, before 4pm (I’m heading to Santa Monica for an audio thing).
